Mana Medicina 

From the fertile fires of Hawaii, the aina of spirit and flame of truth, a dream began to ferment into reality. Held in the oceanic embrace of Aloha spirit, face to face with divinity, the transformation was born into cellular activation. 

Mana is the Hawaiian word for "personal creative life force energy." I bow in deep gratitude to the powerful mana of Hawaii, an ocean of remembrance and connected activation. The goal of Mana Medicina is to empower and inspire our inner pharmacy of united healing by creating a collective foundation of food forest nourishment and cultivating that life within our cells.  In Hawaiian culture, it is believed that “a function of medicine is to stimulate an excitement of energy flow in the body which will aid in breaking up the tension induced illness.” Illness is the result of interference with that flow of energy. Joy is medicine.  

Mana is also short for Hermana, an ode to my Spanish and Puerto Rican roots, and also an honoring of the Divine Mother feminine energy of creation that connects us all. I wish to honor indigenous wisdom with a shared heart resonance as a bridge of vitality. To shift the paradigm from one of dominance and exploitation to one of stewardship and reciprocity. I strive to hold cultural wisdom in its integrity so as to support the greater good for all life on Earth.

Love is the expression of life and through art its many forms are celebrated by people from all over the world... "We all, as people, are the medicine and stewards of it through how we show up in life and share." I am here to share my heart within the culturally universal consciousness of spirit. The spirit of Aloha, of Amor, that permeates within all our unique cultural expressions and colors, rooted in the same foundation of love. I choose to live in a world where Love is the foundation of birthing new life.

Mana Medicina is a mobile platform and prayer for peace rooted in unity, compassion, reciprocity, and respect. It is a way of honoring the life force that supports us all. We prepare high quality Food, Ferments, ElixHers, and Medicinal Tinctures as an expression of our Love for you, for ourselves, and our worldwide community. We desire to shift the paradigm from unconscious commercial consumption to cross cultural conscious creation. Cultivating culture with cultures as a pathway to inner peace and planetary prosperity.
