Health Sovereignty

The waves are dancing

with the sparkling sky

The light is shadowed

but its beaming high

The tides are shifting

to purge the murky waters of fear

and illuminate the alchemy of truth

a reflection of love is clear

The veil is lifting

These are the days

We must walk through the fire

Let the dark ash elevate us

and our souls fly higher

With Trident spines of our ancestors behind us

we walk in the essence of spirit

Faithfully intertwined roots beneath us

We are grown from Mother Earth’s fertile womb

Grounded in the foundation of wholeness

Divine infinite love within us

We are vessels of transformation and living light

Its time we claim our power

A remembrance of truth

Of the magic that lies within us

and radiates through us

Its time we trust

with humbled compassion and intimate presence

in the innate wisdom of our bodies

To give thanks

for our inner guidance

To live in empowered strength and freedom

and no longer in anxious silence

We are the artistic creators of our reality

The drivers of our destiny

The sacred keepers of our temples

The soul owners of our helical structure

in an infinite state of vitality

Health sovereignty rooted in unity

This is the ultimate immunity

A deep cellular nourishment of our love within

as our hearts hold hands

in divine union

We are born in the timeless rhythm of harmony

in the pure breath of universal life

May we allow this bowl of light

to birth into our blood and bones

To plant the seeds of devotion

in a place where true abundance of wellness in known

May we live in the dawn of a new era

where the symphony of love

is our Home

Medicine Wheel of Life

Fire to ashes
Earth to dust
Breath to wind
and Blood to water

The medicine wheel of life
An infinite spiral of wisdom
through ecstasy and strife

At the axis point
Where destruction meets creation
A heart shatters in the shadows
A volcano erupts into magma
A soul releases its body
The peaceful quiet
of nothing and everything
Where broken pieces reunite

and Remember
to follow the shimmering Heart
through the sacred night
To see in the dark
through reflective eyes
of Love’s light

The pathway home
An integrated body
open to burn and grow
Break through
the grounded unknown

In the regal womb waters
At the pulsating nucleic center
where heaven meets earth
Myocardial fibers
melt back to wholeness
In full surrender
to the eternal union

The roar of creation
Stirred up stagnation
A spinal fluid activation
In the breath of this current
Liberation

Released from labored resistance
In this liminal space
between what was and what is coming
An ancient spirit awakens

Inhale life
Exhale truth
Perfectly held and perfectly wild
Listening and moving to a new rhythm
Alive with gratitude and grace

A declaration of  readiness
to give and receive
from the ancestors above
to the roots of mother tree
A deeply attuned frequency
The sovereign sound of you and me

Steady and ready
In reverence and devotion
for the next spin of the sacred wheel
The deep blue eye of the sea
Steady and ready
